Services
The service provider will provide chauffeur services to the client upon request. The services may include transportation to designated locations, assistance with luggage, and other related services as agreed upon.

Booking and Confirmation
The client must make a booking for the chauffeur service in advance. The service provider will confirm the booking and provide the necessary details, including the date, time, pick-up location, and drop-off location.

Cancellation and Changes
The client must notify the service provider of any cancellations or changes to the booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

Payment
The client agrees to pay the service provider the agreed-upon fee for the chauffeur service. Payment may be made in cash, credit card, or any other agreed-upon method. All fees must be paid in full at the conclusion of the service, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Conduct and Behavior
The client and their guests are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner during the chauffeur service. Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct may result in immediate termination of the service, without any refund.

Liability
The service provider will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of the client and their belongings during the chauffeur service. However, the service provider shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused to the client or their belongings, unless it can be proven to be a result of the service provider's negligence.

Insurance
The service provider shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their vehicles and drivers, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Confidentiality
The service provider agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose any personal or sensitive information to any third party, unless required by law.

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice to the other party. Termination of the agreement will not relieve the client of their payment obligations for any services rendered prior to the termination.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
